Beyond the known

Beyond The Known

Over the years, I have been drawn to teachings that invite me beyond the obvious, beyond the noise of daily life, and beyond the version of myself shaped by habit, history, and repetition. One of the things I have found especially thought-provoking in Joe Dispenza’s work is his description of the quantum field.

What I have taken from it is that there is more to life than what we can see, touch, measure, or explain through the lens of the familiar. Beneath the visible world of form, routine, and responsibility lies an unseen field of intelligence, energy, and potential. It is a place where the future is not yet fixed and where new possibilities may begin long before they become a physical reality.

We can become so focused on what is already here, our circumstances, responsibilities, disappointments, roles, worries, and memories, that we keep thinking and feeling from the same old place because we are loyal to a version of self that may no longer reflect who we are becoming.

If we continue to think and feel from the past, we keep creating a predictable future, and while the known feels safe, it can also keep us tethered to old patterns, old limitations, and old emotional identities.

I find that when I can move beyond that known self and become less consumed by the outer world and more present to my inner world, I am more open and receptive to possibility, rather than staying locked in what has been. This is where I find the work both challenging and beautiful, because it is one thing to say I want change and quite another to become energetically available for that change.

It took me a while to really understand that the quantum field does not respond simply to words or wish lists. It responds to our energy through the signals we emit, our thoughts, feelings, and actions. for example. If I am mentally asking for an abundant future while emotionally living in fear, doubt, or lack, then I am creating conflict, and my inner world is not aligned with my desire.

However, when my thoughts and feelings align, and I come from a place of gratitude or trust before the outer evidence arrives, I am no longer waiting for life to change to feel abundant; instead, I am embodying abundance, and that energy helps draw what I desire into my reality.

It took me a while to understand that elevated emotions are not just lovely states to enjoy once things work out, but are integral components of the creative process and the energetic signature of the life I am calling in. This has been a game-changer for me.

I think the real invitation has been to live beyond the known and stop waiting for life to hand me proof before I allow myself to feel joy, trust, love, or possibility, or whatever it is. Instead, I now choose to live the very energy of what I am calling forth.

I make a change when I choose to become available for the future I desire.
